1、 Before the construction of the drilling rig, the following aspects of startup maintenance must be carried out for the drilling rig:

1. Check whether the oil quantity in each oil tank is sufficient and whether the oil quality is normal;

2. Check whether the amount of oil in each reducer gear is sufficient, whether the oil quality is normal, whether the rotation is flexible, and whether the internal grease is contaminated;

3. Check whether there is an oil leakage fault;

4. Check and repair the steel structure for cracks, rust, desoldering, and other damage;

5. Tighten loose rubber pipes and bolts;

6. Inspect and maintain drill pipes and tools;

Regularly check whether the bolts and pin shafts are worn or broken, and replace them immediately if they are damaged.

2、 In addition to daily maintenance during construction, the drilling rig must also regularly maintain important components as required. Please follow the maintenance instructions for diesel engines for minor, medium, and major repairs.

The first maintenance time for diesel engines is 100 hours; After that, maintain it every 250 hours. Change the oil filter and oil.

Replace the gear oil of the power head every 500 hours;

1. The hydraulic oil is filtered every 300 hours and replaced every 500 hours; (Replacement includes replacing the hydraulic oil filter element). Note: When filling hydraulic oil and replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, it is necessary to remove dust, soil, and other dirt from the working point. After filling and replacing, timely wipe out the leaked oil.

2. Fill the atomizer oil to a suitable position before each shift.

3、 Long Term Maintenance Regulations

1. After one year of use, the equipment should be overhauled and maintained as a whole; Conduct comprehensive cleaning, inspection, repair, and replacement of equipment to eliminate abnormalities

2. Phenomenon: Keep the machine in good condition and tidy;
   Parking maintenance: maintenance performed when parking for more than a week, troubleshooting, and maintenance and lubrication of the entire vehicle;

3. Sealing and maintenance: During the sealing period, check once a month to protect the rusty parts from corrosion, and maintain and lubricate the entire vehicle;

4. Seasonal maintenance: maintenance is generally carried out at the beginning of summer and winter. Replace lubricating oil, antifreeze, and cold and cooling measures.
